Jesus’ parables were stories that were “cast alongside” a truth in order
to illustrate that truth. His parables were teaching aids (sermon enhancers)
and can be thought of as extended analogies or inspired comparisons.
Las parábolas de Jesús eran historias que se “añadían” veracidad para
ilustrar la verdad. Sus parábolas eran ayudas didácticas (para reforzar los sermones) y pueden considerarse analogías extendidas o comparaciones inspiradas.

Two Types of Christians Described in John 15:2
