  • V = visionary

1 If then there is any encouragement in Christ, if any consolation of love,  if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, 2 fulfill my joy by thinking the same way, having the same love, sharing the same feelings, focusing on one goal.” (Philippians 2:1-2 )

  • I = intentional

“For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him.” (Colossians 1:16 )

  • S = servant-minded

“For you were called to be free, brothers; only don’t use this freedom as  an opportunity for the flesh, but serve one another through love.” (Galatians 5:13 )

  • T = teaching

  • A = authentic leadership

“Remember your leaders who have spoken God’s word to you. As you carefully observe the outcome of their lives, imitate their faith.” (Hebrews 13:7 )
