5 In view of all this, make every effort to respond to God’s promises. Supplement your faith with a generous provision of moral excellence, and moral excellence with knowledge, 6 and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with patient endurance, and patient endurance with godliness, 7 and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love for everyone. 8 The more you grow like this, the more productive and useful you will be in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (2 Peter 1:5-8 ) [NLT]

“God is faithful (GW= God faithfully keeps His promises); you were called by Him into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. (1 Corinthians 1:9 )

 God’s Promises:

“Because of your little faith,” He told them. “For I assure you: If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’

and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” (Matthew 17:20 )

  •  Think big!

“Nothing will be impossible for you.”  (Matthew 17:20 c)

  • Start

“His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave! You were faithful over a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Share your master’s joy!’” (Matthew 25:23

“If you have faith the size of a mustard seed …”  (Matthew 17:20 b)

  1. Listen to God.

“I will listen to what God will say; surely the Lord will declare peace to His people, His godly ones, and not let them go back to foolish ways.” (Psalm 85:8 )

  1. Tell God what you need.

“You desire and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. You do not have because you do not ask.” (James 4:2 )

  1. Thank God for what He’s given you!

“Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How unsearchable His judgments and untraceable His ways!” (Romans 11:33 )
